What was the highlight of ZIP Hotel

Extremely satisfied

Staff was nice and did their best to make sure I had what I needed. Loved the heated floors and the big bathroom. The free amenities were also great! They provide a breakfast as well, but I didn't partake in that. The location was also right next to the train station!

There were spots that could have probably been cleaned more, especially considering the price (like marks on the wall that looked like dirt, accumulated dust, marks on sheets etc). Honestly though, I had just come from a terrible hostel so it felt like heaven to me. I think the people next to me used their room to have sex, they were really loud and annoying. I was also told that towels on the floor would be replaced, but no one ever came in to clean my room. I'm don't know if I was supposed to request that or not.

They had a nice service room with popcorn and ice cream for guests. The room had great AC and an amazing TV.

The elevator is so small. If you need to take the stairs there is clutter in the stairwells and it is somewhat old looking. The room was a strange layout and not very modern but it was a comfortable place for me and my friends to have a place to go back to.

Rather strangely decorated rooms, kind of crystal maze/escape room vibe, but clean and spacious.

Location was good for what I needed.

Breakfast was not great and sparse. Area was self serve and not v clean. Wouldn't bother again - Starbucks literally 1 min walk away.

Very Good

I like it that they provide a lot of essential things in the room. From lotion, pyjamas, toothbrush, to the complete toiletries in the toilet (except for toothpaste) but the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell reallyyy good. It also has ice cream that you can take for free in the pantry, alongside coffee maker, ice, hot water, popcorn. It feels very cozy overall. The toilet is big too and the bed's comfy. At night, the place was lively. You have a seafood restaurant and nice cafe just outside the hotel. An Indian restaurant with good food just beside the hotel, lots of convenience store around, a small arcade just around the corner, 24 hours coffee shop, a bungeoppang stall at night around the area. Near to the metro station!

Just the smell of smoking. I can't really smell it but my mom complains about it a lot. And the receptionist can't really speak english so I had to use papago translator to communicate with her. But overall, it was a splendid stay at Zip Hotel.

very very bad

the hotel was very dirty. There were blood stains on the bed and some of the towels. The jacuzzi was dirty with an inexplicable coating. The room was generally dirty and in need of general cleaning. The phone that was in the room was very alert. The refrigerator hardly cooled at all, the water remained at room temperature, and the ice cream turned into juice. The ratio of price and quality is terrible, the hotel is not at all worth the money that was paid. Although the situation is saved a little by the location of the hotel and the fact that there was a steamer for clothes, which we asked at the reception. Despite the fact that breakfast was included in the price of accommodation, it was not. The air conditioner in the room has been in need of repair for a long time, it is very noisy. There were only 3 towels for a couple of people.

Nice hidden gem

It was last minute booking for us because of some changes in travel plans and for someone looking for a place out of convenience, this was really good. I loved how close it was to everything. We liked it. It was also clean in our room so no complains there.

The room was really spacious and I really liked how accessible it was to the train and bus stations. There was an elevator also.

I requested a non-smoking room but the room still smelled of cigarettes. I had to ask for a room spray to get rid of the smell.

Overall, very disappointing and waste of money.

Nothing much. It was not a room I expected based on my online view.

1. No regular room service. 2. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. 3. Uncomfortable bed. 4. Too samll 5. No English channel on TV. 6. Breakfast facility was available but make your own basis. No assistance to cook. It was basically a kitchen with a few tales and limited stuff. 7. Overall, very disappointing and waste of money.

Does the job if you don't mind staying in a love hotel

location close to university, easy check in and check out

There is nothing wrong with love/hour hotels but I wish I had known that it is one before booking. The condoms and vibrating device on my bedside table caught me a bit by surprise when I arrived, and made me feel a bit uncomfortable in general. The bed is very hard, and the room and bathroom very dimly lit. My room only had one tiny window towards the inner courtyard, and cigarette smoke came into my room when I had it open. There was hair below my bedsheets when I arrived, and the floor and bathroom generally did not look very clean. It was generally quite noisy.

ZIP Hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the commercial centers. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. It is the good customer service. I really like ZIP Hotel. If I come back to Seoul, I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was just okay.

There was no adopter for international travellers. They said the travellers need to buy it. The coffee machine did not work.

Not a place for student.

It is near to the subway station

They dont clean the room daily, they dont automatically replace water and towels. The hallway dim lighted. The free breakfast is just cereals,slice bread and the coffee machine was not working.Not worth the money.
